By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Who can order

Orders are available to customers aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Orders & cancellations

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary (for example in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing or listing). If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot usually be changed or cancelled.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and are correct at the time of purchase. Prices may be updated at any time, but you will always pay the price shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of the artist.

Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright. Works may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

All items are carefully produced and packaged, but responsibility for loss or damage passes to the postal carrier once an order has been dispatched.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of your order.

Force majeure

I am not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside of my control, including but not limited to postal disruptions, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, I will always do my best to communicate clearly and resolve issues where possible.
